Health Drink Recipe: Witch's Tonik

As the seasons change, allergies flurry into being and illnesses seep out of the woodwork. In our household, we totally replaced our juice with this health tonik. Not only is it tasty, but it helps keep you hydrated and feeling good too!


Health Drink Ingredients

  • 1/2 Gallon Lemonade

  • 1/2 Gallon Peppermint and Hibiscus Tea

  • Add Local Honey to Taste


Health Drink Instructions

  1. Prepare the lemonade. Otherwise, I normally use Simply Lemonade. Put 1/2 Gallon of lemonade in a pitcher.

  2. Brew water in a pot or perculator. Steep peppermint and hibiscus tea for 10 minutes.

  3. Mix lemonade and tea in pitcher.

  4. Add local honey to Taste.

  5. Serve with ice.
